Did anybody else not get a confirmation e-mail? I just found out that others have been sent an e-mail confirming their tickets, which I never got. I do have a confirmation number though.
Did anybody else get this problem and did you contact NPGMC? I know u people worthless scum give no heart but wrath of insults a brain-driven wave of destruction your bite is worse than your vocabulary. Shame on you all of you. Go feed your pigs coward. | |

As there seem 2 b a number of these posts about, thought it wise to add my 2c. I've got a hotmail account and I've enabled my junkmail filter. As NPGMC seem to send order confs to you@hotmail.com FROM you@hotmail.com, the mails could end up in the junkmail folder (if it's enabled). I guess this is because spam can arrive 2 'you' from 'you' so hotmail thinks u're receiving spam. I've added 'me' 2 my safe list but my order confs still go thru 2 my junkmail folder. Not sure if this is the same 4 other providers but hey, worth a look.

I havent had any confirmation. i have hotmail with filter on.. but it deletes junk email straight away. Is the email confirmatin important?? Somehow i smell a bad scent in the air.. i have my order confirmation numbers.. Hoping that should b enough.. Anyhow i dont get my tix!! The Tao te Ching gives advice to rulers:

I got my mail for the sunday presale for Antwerp just minutes after the transaction.

I haven't had a confirmation e-mail either.
I e-mailed NPGMC and they informed me that if they were in the 'UR ACCOUNT' section then the tickets were secure. However, and this is important, they told me to print out my account page and take it with me to the show. According to NPGMC 'in progress' is just a default text. | |
