It appears once that you have been able to select some tixx they are kept in cookies; if you just reload the LOAD.RETAIL page you can then check the cart and if all is OK do the checkout (with some retries).
I got some internal server error 500 errors when entering and sending the creditcard info.
I hope the order went OK... (no mail yet, how soon should it arrive?)

managed to get oberhausen to. If it is in the cart then you refocus on other pages just as udo states

On one hand I am glad, that I am not the only one frustrated.

I have gotten 2 mails from NPGMC by now, saying that they are trying to fix the problem. "don't worry it won't be sold out easily..." that's what they say.

Now I even cannot enter NPGMC at all...


All that is left is pray...

Now they are telling me in the retail section that I have to enable in-session-cookies to order. Except: I have! What am I to do. This Morning I got as far as entering the credit-card dates, now I can´t even get there. And-I don´t see the Oberhausen tickets anymore. Are they sold out?

Hi,

I just would like to drop you a line concerning the
problems experienced so far in accessing the retail
section, in order to purchase tickets to various
concerts of the upcoming leg of the ONA tour.

I presume that one of the reason of the difficulties
may lay in the fact that many pre-sale are going on at
the same time today, with the result that the traffic
is huge.

Suggestion: wouldn't be a good idea to e-mail all the
NPGMC and ask them for what concerts do they intend to
buy (a) ticket(s).

In this way, you would know almost exactly how many
fams would like to take advantage of the NPGMC
pre-sale. Consequently, the NPGMC pre-sales to each
concert could be rescheduled in the next few days.
Which should result in an easier access to the server
and a speedy purchasing experience.

(As for my case, since 3 p.m. CEST, it has been
impossible to access the retail section)
