Why is there such a huge variation in ticket prices?

From $34 in Milan to $125 in Norway??? I see that the Euro countries are cheaper, but why is there such a big difference in ticket prices? rolleyes

It's all because of the Euro. It is.
Joking of course.

It has, at least partly, to do with the size of the venue being played. (say 2.000 or so versus 10.000+)
Revenue has to remain at an interesting level for Mr. Prince. wink

We all know northern people are bigger and need more space.
Italians are small and you need more of them to fill a stadium.

DOH!

Nightcrawler

It definitely has something to do with the size of the venue

Let's ask the price question during the soundcheck.

It's all about the venue

big venue (like Antwerp, Sportpaleis) = Cheap

small venue (Stockholm) = Expensive

furthermore,

The north of Europe (Sweden, Denmark, Finland) have a higher quality of living (read, everything is more expensive)

So basically it is :

capacity * location = price of ticket

I think it s just a matter of Prince liking the country or not. For examples he likes France and Italy ( Price 100 )... admit it! razz
