Hey can someone please tell me re npg music club tickets situation, does 'in progress' mean I am guaranteed my tickets? Hey can someone please tell me re npg music club tickets situation, does 'in progress' mean I am guaranteed my tickets?
I ordered them on sat morning, in between the 'problem' and when more when on sale, so I think I am ok, but here I am 2 days later no confirmation email and no change on my account status. Still says 'in progress'. i am freaking out a bit, cause I have waited 10 years to see P live again. Is there someone here that can put my mind at rest?? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

You should be OK,
Did you write down the confirmation number? To be on the safe side, I would email NPGMC. Keep it short & polite, just tell them when you ordered them, what the confirmation number is (if you know it) and the fact that you haven't recieved a confirmation email yet. I'm sure they'll be able to help. | |

Just check the UR ACCOUNT section in the member retail area. If you placed an order, it should be in there even if you didn't get a confirm email. and it should say "In Progress" which means they haven't shipped it yet. And they never will so it will stay like that. it's a retail thing. ignore it. | |
