interacting with the man at the aftershow I have gathered that P doesnt like to take pictures with his fans (why not?), but after hearing about the possibility of a handshake or a convo at the aftershow, I was wondering if anyone could impart some wisdom about whether or not he will sign an autograph? Specifically, I am wondering whether I should bring my U Got the Look vinyl picture disc to the show and try to get it signed. I love P so much, just a handshake would rock my world  but I would love to hear from someone who knows. Thoughts?  give her the eyes  | |

Yup that was all I got a handshake and a few words, my boyfriend asked for the picture but of course Prince said no. And I agree it's about being at the right place at the right time. Try and catch him before the aftershow  Rhythm floods my heart♥The melody it feeds my soul | |

Prince doesn't sign authograph and doesn't take pictures with fans either. Try to smile ans always ask if you can say Hi before doing so. | |

Three weeks ago Trever kicked this poor girl out of the aftershow for tring to take a picture. The hostess already tried to stop her once, but the girl tried again and Trever was NOT happy. I actually felt sorry for the poor thing. They should announce it before hand for the poor souls who are unaware, that girl was crying and everything.  Live Love Laugh! | |

I have had a few great interacttions with Prince. He has come off stage to look at my jacket that Ricco had airbrushed Prince's face on, and I have had a hand slap at a show and a handshake at Paisley Park. He asked me about my seats during a sound check at One Nite Alone. After all these years I have learned a few things about interacting with the Man. No, he does not sign things (although he did in the 80s mainly for Warner Bros. promotional purposes) and he does not do photos. DON'T EVEN TRY. Actually he doesn't much care to be talked to, but he may talk to you out of the blue. He is also MOODY and watch out if he is mad. All bets are off if that is the case.
But a handshake is about as good as it gets!! if you have not had that chance yet don't worry! IT WILL HAPPEN! | |

People must understand the size of the room for the aftershow at 3121. It's so small, it's like being in the man's living room. I don't get how people can not be respectful in there.
