I TOTALLY knew that was gonna happen. This shit is so retarded. Even though I bought my tickets at $125 and I'm glad I'm getting to seem him again, this whole process has been made unnecessarily difficult and chaotic. To make matters worse, TM is still showing $250 but if you call the Rio it's $175. What a mess.  [Edited 3/12/07 11:20am] | |

Yes, in fact at about 10:00 p.m. on 3/10, they were still selling tickets at the Rio Box Office...for only $178. (don't ask me where the extra $3 came from) I was so excited b/c I had planned on trying to go only to the aftershow since I couldn't afford $250, but when I found out they were still available at the last minute at $178, I bought the ticket on the spot and went in! I just recently discovered Prince so this was a great treat for me.  | |

Just got a text about this....glad it went back down..but what about the people who paid $250.00 They get one of those cuisine jackets or something?

  I'm going on the 30th!! So I'll be seeing Candy Dulfer doing her own show crosstown, then Prince @ the Rio! And a bunch of Bay Area folks will be there that night too! 
I was boycotting the $250, even $175 is a little pricey, but I can live with it! BTW, the $3 is prolly some service charge...it's better than ticketbastard! Agreed, this whole 3121 thing has been so haphazardly "managed" it's unreal. I only wanted to go because at least I CAN get to this gig. I might not be able to get to future gigs/tours.
