Thursdays/3121 Restuarant

Is the restuarant open on Thursdays? If so, do you need a reservation? I'm planning on going on 3/29 and have a simple meal (no six course meal).

I went on a Thursday 3 weeks ago and the filet mignon was excellent. Bon Apetit!
