Tables for gifts or flowers??

This is for those of you lucky and blessed Prince 3121 vets, have you noticed any sort of table or boxes set up for gifts for Prince? I know he did this at a few of his concerts but was just curious if he has continued the practice. I have a friend that's going to the 3/24 show and I have a couple of 'gifts' I'd like her to leave. I'm especially interested in leaving a petition for Prince's own Hollywood WOF star signed by 25,000 fans biggrin , and a few poems I've written....If' not I'll send it to Paisley Park, I just wanted something more reliable...

Setting up such a table would only encourage behavior that the current incarnation of Prince seems to go out of his way to discourage -- the worshipful leaving of offerings.

As for a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, anyone in the business on whose behalf the mandatory maintenance fee gets paid and who wants to to cooperate in a dedication ceremony gets one -- Donald Trump's got one, Ryan Seacrest's got one. Lassie. Vanna White. Under the circumstances ,what could it possibly mean to Prince that one of the innuermable spots on the sidewalk on Hollywood Boulevard where tourists spill their Slurpees and the homeless piss every day has his name on it? confused

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

I'll set a table up outside the Cuisine so you can leave your worshipful offerings there. And I'll try to make sure it gets to Prince. If not, I will find a happy home for the offerings. Please.....no fruitcakes this time. And I'm not talking about the fanatics.
