Msg re: possibly no 2/24 aftershow-posted by a member at HQ The following msg is posted at HQ by HQ member Wee Zee B:
(Not sure how true this is but anyway fyi...) "I wasn't trying to turn this into a 2/24 Concert Review/Aftershow thread, I just wanted to bring a bit of info that Prince will NOT be performing his Aftershow.....instead D. J. Rashida will be taking his place. This will take place at the same time that he usually begins the Aftershow.....so if you come tonight when the doors open at 2:30 A.M. this is what will be taking place per 3121 Jazz Cuisine Management. So, perhaps I'll just go down here to the Club and see if they have room for a "One-sy" at midnight....if not, oh well at lease I got to see one. His absence is probably related to some "Oscar" action. " [Edited 2/24/07 21:38pm]

Thank you both of you as always. Well, on another thread, it was reported he only played one hour last night and you guys are telling me no aftershow. On top of that, he'd play only a few week-ends in March and then probably close and go on tour. This is my view of things right now. I will not come in March for sure as I intended to and I'm just hoping Minneapolis will be on his list soon.

Still, I really think Pkidwell, you and Gray have been provided great information since the beginning of 3121 in Vegas and I give you lots of credit for that.

Actually everyone, I really think it was Pkidwell that kept everyone abreast at what was going on most of the time, during the 3121 gigs;remember guys I only attended during opening weekend so I only provided details from that weekend. Just about all the fans from the org and HQ that attended and did a concert review were extremely helpful with the info, and some of them attended more than one weekend, so really appreciation should go out to all that provided reviews of the 3121 gigs, and other info. After March (well if he performs at 3121 in March), I guess I'll miss reading all the interesting reviews if the Las Vegas gigs are over, but thanks for the appreciation anyway!
[Edited 2/26/07 6:38am] Matter of fact the mods should archive all the concert reviews into one thread. [Edited 2/28/07 6:44am]
