Rio and Ticketmaster are not working together

So I found out that the Rio box office and ticketmaster have nothing to do with each other, meaning last night when I went to the Rio to buy tickets for tonight's show....they told me it was sold out. Then I checked ticketmaster and they still have tickets. So it is best to check both for those coming to future shows. How much sense does that make? Well I guess it is part of the 3121 experience....whatever....

Sold out! So I better get tickets before I go to a show, I thought I was pretty safe just going and buying tickets there on the day of the show.

If you're playing the waiting game, you should try tix4tonight - go on the day and see if they have them. They definitely had them for Dec 30th and New Year's Eve for $159. A tad annoying as I could have saved $700. Oh well.

You have to go in person, but here's their website for locations:

They probably have a certain number allocated to each system. It would be nice if they could release some of the TM tix back to the Rio, but that might not be possible with their computer systems.
