Just back from Vegas Hi everyone, I'm new to this site but wanted to share my experience with you all.
I flew out from the UK to Vegas on Thursday 7th so that I could catch the show on the 8th. I had purcheased the VIP dinner package so arrived ay Jazz cuisine about 8pm so excited to be there and all geared up to see him. The dinner was fantastic but I'm not here to talk about that. The concert itself was fantastic well worth every penny I spent to be there but what came next was the icing on the cake for me. We made our way back to the restaurant for the aftershow and had the best table in the house. Just after 3am I turned to talk to my husband and saw Prince entering the restaurant, He walked right by us, I could not believe that I was that close to him, but it gets better. He walked past my husbabd and shook his had and a little while later whilst he was playing he turned to me and thrust his guitar right into my face, I looked up and couldn't help but have the biggest grin on my face. A Little while later he came and sat on the arm of my chair with me!!! Ok so I did't get to talk to him but I did share a seat with him and I did get to touch him!!! It was the most amazing night of my life and I am still grinning like a cheshire cat!!

Hi Susan!! Were you the lady with the dark hair sitting to the left of the stage? If so, you had a huge smile on your face and I don't blame you. Glad you had a great time!
Wasn't it surreal? My sister and I went to both concerts and both after shows. I didn't think that anything could top the shows until we met him after the Friday after show and he remembered us again at the Saturday after show.Check our posts here http://www.prince.org/msg/12/211072 We're still smiling too! Can't wait to get back out there. perfection is a fallacy of the imagination...

Yes that was me to the left of the stage. Don't think that my grin has subsided at all yet!!!
bellanoche- Love your posts about the weekend. I was wanting to go on Saturday too but as we were only in Vegas for 3 Nights (and the first didn't count as we were sleeping by 9pm, jet lagged) it didn't work out. I am hoping to get back there before long but we'll have to see.

How did you get to know about the aftershow? He announced the aftershow pretty much as soon as he came on stage for the concert. We left the concert just as the encores started so that we could get a table in the restaurant. Yeah, I missed 10 minutes of the show but I gained so much more at the aftershow!!
