Thanks for posting. They are also open from midnight to 5 a.m. after the shows and it looks like Prince was there last night.

I ate there about 3 times and also had the 6 course meal before one of the shows. Most everything was delicious. Even had sorbet with brie poured over it. I thought I would hate it but I loved it. The most delicious thing I had there was the black cod and fried rice.

So uh..... It seems weird that some of this would be served at a place run by the same dude who sang "Animal Kingdom"??

Well, Prince wanted a place to eat right away so they arranged a compromise. Fiore is going to open back up when he is gone so they changed the name and added some items to the menu but kept some Fiore favorites on it. But it used to be a smoke hole....look below....
"Take a break from gambling and enjoy a succulent steak and a smoke at Fiore. The mesquite and olive wood-burning grill lends a distinctive, tangy flavor to filet mignon, New York steak, and rack of lamb. Fish, chicken, and pasta dishes round out the menu, and items like roasted garlic sauce and horseradish add even more zest to juicy entrées. With over 400 wines, there's sure to be one that pairs well with your selection. Cigar aficionados can revel in the walk-in humidor, which provides a great chance to hand-select a superb after-dinner treat."
