I have to step in here.
DJ Rashida SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS as a DJ. I'm sorry, I know noone wants to come out and say it because she is drop dead gorgeous, however based on what I heard at the tamar/prince show, Friday and Saturday in Rio, she has very bad skills. She doesn't know how to talk on the mic, does not know how to mix and other than a few P songs, has very poor selection to keep the crowd going and going. | |

I wasn't so impressed with her when I heard her at Nokia in Feb. She plays some nice cuts, but she doesn't mix well. Anyone can play one cool song after another, I like when the DJs make the beats flow from one song to the next. The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp. | |
