While driving on Saturday night, I heard a radio commercial 4 100.3 the Beat's Taste of Soul on Crenshaw this upcoming Saturday with performers such as Angie Stone, Boney James, Howard Hewitt and Kontroversy(!!) featuring Sue Ann Carwell!

Now, u old school purpleheadz know that Sue Ann could be considered 1 of the very first female proteges that Prince worked with, and just like Tamar's CD, her version of "Wouldn't U Love 2 Love Me" is still unreleased 2 this day. (Old school purpleheadz also know this song finally saw the light of day on Taja Sevelle's debut in 87.)

The event is from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. this Saturday October 21st and is hosted by Tom Joyner and Michael Baisden. No time table on when Kontroversy w/Sue Ann Carwell is going to take the stage.
