I'm guessing that jseven means the tour will start at the end of September (note the song title I bolded). IF Graycap's teases are right, the tour will be announced end of July/beginning of August and actually start in September/October (my guess based on jseven's clue.)

October's fine by me, that means more time for me to save up money for tickets! (Since there's no NPGMC, I may have to pay ticketbastard prices--unless it's a dial in phone number, which has also been alluded to...)
