But they are informed about tour plans: Motown-Universal stated in an e-mail issued on December 5th 2005: ‘More details to follow regarding the first single and the album itself, along with plans for a world tour beginning Summer 2006.’ Subsequently Universal Germany posted a press release on December 12th, 2005 with the same quote in German: ‘Weitere Infos zur ersten Single, zum anstehenden Prince-Album sowie zu Plänen für eine Welttournee im kommenden Sommer, folgen in Kürze.’ | |

Well I may be in the minority here but I'm thinking it is going to kick off soon and am glad to have the info. Even if for some reason it doesn't happen heck the ride was fun and it sure beats hearing about the club closing or Princes personal business. Man if I knew some inside info, I'd think twice about posting it here sheeesh. | |

my thoughts have always been, he won't tour until the release of the next album. wasn't it said the Musicology Tour was the last time he would be singing the old friends(songs)? can't imagine he would tour on 3121 alone. i think he'll release a next album then tour on both but still play a FEW "old friends" to bring in the masses.
