concerts in Germany?

Hello, I am new in this forum. I have bought Prince's new album for me and I am convinced completely again. Does the master come also to Germany? It was informed about to me in the Lenny Kravitz forum that Prince gives many concerts in Paris but doesn't come to Germany. Why not?
