SHEILA E. Rocked Marina Del Rey las night... It was a damn near perfect night last night. I was drunk on wine, the sun setting on the horizon, cool breeze in the air, boats sailing around the marina, grooving to the funky sounds of Sheila E. & the E Train.
Is Sheila E. the most down to earth person or what?

It was the bomb...very very cool performance...
Gonna have to kick everyone's ass who pointed to me when Sheila said "does anybody D.J,?" I so did not want to be up there but had to put the shades on as if y'll were gonna see something cool. D.J.ing n scratching are TWO different things, lol especially when you are working on something you have NEVER used before... Anyway, it was a very good turn out n a lot of FUN! What a weekend! First, friday's Bump Squad event was off the hook. Always room for improvement in all aspects, promotion, more perks for members & the d.j.ing. Any way, back to the subject at hand. the ONLY cost was 2 bucks for parking & going to the market for food n drinks. Is it me or does Sheila change band members (sans Eddie M.) more often then men change thier drawers? LOL I am NOT DISSING Eddie M! Sans meaning without meaning everyone is different but him.
Kat Dyson (Kathlyn now) is back in the band Bass player who's name escapes me. New girl named Red(?) on the boards Lynn is still there & always will be. The Ralphs market on Wilshire close to the Conga Room is where we did our shopping before the event & after the event for our little afterparty at the one n only getwild's crib.
