electric picnic Can anyone tell me if its true prince may be headlining the electric picnic festival in Ireland 1-3 September 2006?
I know the promoters hoped to get him 2 years ago when they started E.P... According to Scottish papers he has been looking into playing Scotland in September.This along with his recent appearance at the brit awards has me wondering... Can't take any chances so i've got my ticket already... | |

Can't confirm it, but heard the same rumour. Also read a rumour about P-Funk also at E.P. So hope it's true.
Trying to imagine an aftershow. In sunny Portlaiose. With 'festival fresh' fans stinking up the place. Nice. | |

Currently not looking too promising as the first line up is about to be announced for electric picnic....and theres no sign of prince!
As follows...Yeah Yeahs, Massive attack, Damien Rice, Anthony & the Johnsons, Basement Jaxx, Groove Armada... We wait in hope...If he plays we should instigate an aftershow in my tipi. | |
