PRINCE IN PHILLY 2NIGHT! Anyone going to the show? I'mma be there! | |

Aigggght! Originally, I posted here to see if I could meet up w/some ORG fans for the first time "eye to eye" but I guess noone saw my post.  In any event, the show was stellar. Tamar can sing "and" perform. I must say that in the beginning everyone was so eager to see Prince that they weren't really paying her too much attention. But then about 15 minutes into the show the crowd started getting into her! She can sang ya'll! Her along with the "twin" dancers in the backround... phew! They really pulled off a good show. She did several covers including Michael Jackson's "don't stop till you get enough" and Janet Jackson's "what have you done for me lately". I think it shows a great side of Prince's maturity in bearing any old rumour or innuendo of a beef.
It was really in good taste. He played great guitar and actively participated as a sidesman for Tamar. Tamar built ya'll.. Like a brickhouse! And the dancers were a great accent to Tamar as they were on point with their dance moves. Reminded me of the cat'esque days with the sign of the times tour. Something about females dancing while someone out front is crooning! I don't know, maybe it's a guy thang. I'mma definately support homegirl cuz she definatley belt out those tunes! And to think, I was gonna bypass this show due to Prince playing sidebar. Aiight! I'mma bout' to go to bed. Peace and positivity. | |

Dj rasheda (thikin that right) omg shes good she kept the crowd groving the place was packed wall 2 wall elbow room only...while the cuts from the time mixed some digable planets mixed with some p cutz...was banging...the band graced the stage like a force 2 be reckonized !!!
Tamara hit the stage like a fire ball HOT...strong vocals Great Stage persona i am sooo feeling the music i hope all the cutz show up on her cd !!! she even broked it down with some covers like love will make u...& dont stop till u get enought ? i mean she kicked some MJ old skool !!! & if that wasent enought Prince blazed thru some solo guital work leaving the guitar humming in some random fans hands at one point.... the girl drummer was xtra tight...good 2 see morris back on keys..i miss rhonad (so fine) & 2 add 2 that 2hr night...he asked one of my other fav acts...the songstress from "FLOETRY" 2 add lib while he cracked up watching this random guy try & dance & the guy look like he was going in2 schock...the p said "THE BAR is now CLOSED" he called Tarmara "Sexual Choclate"...lol he even said SuperStar!!! during the encore !!! talk about takin it HIGHER mannnnn its 5:15am....im wiped out holla at cha boy... Yeah, the DJ was hot. I liked the way she mixed Bilal's "fastlane" in with her selections. Yeah the dude on stage jumpin' around had me bustin' a gut! I wish he would of had some cd singles of Tamar. I would have loved to scoop something up as a collectors item. | |

Sup XxaxX! Haven't spoke with ya in a minute! Yeah, the show was off the hizook! I haven't been to the Factory in bout' a year or so. Last show I saw there was the Roots. They had a nice show as well! I'mma definately start going to more. Give me inspiration to finish my project. | |
