Sorry but it has taken a whole day to recover...

I am not goin to talk about a set list it has been done, I won't really mention the songs or the fact that it was INCREDIBLE! It has also been covered...

FIRST to Bobby and Clayboogie up all the way from Cali to share the experience with me, thank u and I love u to the 9's!!! They got on stage and freaked it!! just showing the T.dot what its all about!!! the only and I mean the ONLY thing that was missing from this incredible show was the rest of our crew from Cali, but they were most certainly there in our hearts (and not by cell phone this time )

NEXT to the DC and Chitown fans!!! u know who u are! Oh my goodness! " we had fun didn't we?" U rocked the T.dot!!! Can't wait to c u again!!

The line up was even fun! The soundcheck was AWEsome!
The show itself was 3 hours of the most incredible positive
fantastic xhilerating fun I have ever had.
Prince was in SUCH a great mood. He loved every minute of that show I know he did it was written all over his face and it was in every note he played!!! Toronto showed him love. The whole city , the news, the radio , the papers, people, are all a buzz about this show!! the crowd between the first part and piano medley was CRAZY!!! I wish he had time to play an aftershow I know he wanted to!!

All the "new " ppl. I brought this time were blown completely away!! They were like "now I understand, now I get it, I'll never say u're crazy again when u say I am going to timbuktoo for a show, I'll say can I come!?"
My boss even had to check it out!! He said he wanted to see what its all about. He is 55 and very conservative, (he wore a suit to the show mmkay) white...and after the show when he saw me he ran over and gave me a soul hug!!! I was like who is this?? ppl. I have not seen since like high school were there saying "I knew I'd see you here." DUH!

The after party-was a blast we turned tha muther OUT! We danced like it was gonna be the last time! and there was no dance floor! so we just tipped furniture over and moved tables and got to it! Soon enough we had all the uptight pretentious yuppies soul clappin right along with us!!

Then we headed off to 7west for some food and left that place dancing as well at around 4am, then a quick drive by of the new mansion..sorry Prince...we were quiet...

definitely one of the best nights, next to LA friday...actually I think that friday and saturday in LA in April and Toronto are now my top 3 of all time. We were gonna hit Ottawa too, but we were too tore up..and I really do honestly have a job..

AND during the soundcheck and the show, a little girl came up to me she was like 11 or 12 ?? she wanted to know if I would get her Prince's autograph since I was right at the front..she was so cute and so nervous..she said "I have to be the youngest person here" I said ya you are, good for u!" But then I had to break the news that Prince won't give an autograph anymore..she looked sad, so I said but after the show came and find me and I will get you a guitar pick"
she was happy and pointed were she was sitting and I said I would find her. I was determined to get her one too! I knew I would someway somehow. She came back up to show me the new Prince T-shirt she got and said now I would find her easy, she was soo cute! She said don't forget me, I promised I would not.
During the show Prince dropped one and when the lights went down I jumped for it, I have NEVER done that, I wait to get one at the end from Takumi,politely. But I just went for it. got it, and took it back to her, when I held it out to her..the look in her eyes when she saw it...I remember that feeling..I had a flash back to my first Prince concert at the Gardens in 84 Purple Rain, I was 13. ..I was instantly choked up, I felt like crying..it was like I was passing the torch to her years later..man I remember that feeling. well I still feel like that when he looks at me or gets me on stage... But THAT was the best feeling I've ever had. Making a child happy has to be the best thing in the world. I can't wait to be a mom.

If anyone knows this girl, or she is on the org. PLEASE email me, I would love to meet her/u.

all in all, best time ive ever had. i remember saying to Kerry at the party...im so glad were having so much fun in this town...ive never heard so much good funk in our clubs or seen such a great P-related crowd.

and i know of 2 couples who are going to MPLS this year! Sam, git some mo laminates printed up

I met a few wonderful Prince fans from toronto and here is the scoop..they were not even members ..yet.
Lets just see how it goes WITHOUT Bobby to bring the level of positivity and funk up a few notches..once we have a Prince party of our own right here in the T.dot where we freak Prince all night long and we come together nicely I'll take that laminate and where it proud!!!
I know my level of excitement doubled from Hamilton just because Bobby, Clay, April and Cheraea (sp??) were with us!!
