One of the reasons we will never see this happen is it represents a time when he pushed the envelope w/ swearing to boot. He'd have to edit over half the shows because of his current belief system & i don't see him taking the time. Plus I don't want some watered down versions of erotic city & dirty mind for anything.

He should start with Musicology at MSG 3rd night last July w/ The Time & Shelia E .... When Sheila came out during the show the place went SOOOO NUTS that she couldn't even play.... she had to take a step back! THAT was the best show of the tour... IMHO anyway... Does anyone have a copy to share with me? Prince?

Do you guys mean that there will be NO live DVD to be sold from Musicology? I've been waiting for some time now and it does seem excessively long.

I never thought about it...he very likely won't release any of the older stuff--live or studio -- if it has any overt sexual themes or swearing. So the worn out VHS tapes and hissing CD's is the best i get huh? crap.
