Portland, OR show - what's up with Will Call?

Hey folks who're familiar with the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall:

Was everyone required to pick up their tickets at Will Call? I wasn't presented with a choice.. I'm used to having my ticket weeks before a concert. Then again, how common is it for tickets to go on sale 4 days before the show? *shakes head* Anyway, is Will Call right there at the concert hall or do you have to go to the box office at the New Theater Building? The ASCH website really doesn't explain the procedure.. the last time I was at the ASCH, I had my ticket already so I just got in line without thinking about it. What am I supposed to do when I get there? (be nice if this is a silly question) :p

If you find out let me know too, several of us Washington people are coming down there for Portland too. My friend had been there, I'll ask her tonight.

The will call is at the Schnitzer Theater Box office on Broadway in front of the Theater.
