Yeah... "members appreciation tour"... that's exactly how I would describe it. "Members appreciation tour" my ass. He didn't earn the money he raked in early in this tour. The reviews from early in this tour are like night and day compared to the recent ones. 
Prince Where did you see him play Swinger? I saw him earlier on in his tour in Detroit and wasn't at all dissatisfied. He played exquisitely. The reviews were excellent then too--go back and read them again. Sounds like either you didn't attend the show in body or spirit, or that you didn't get a soundcheck and you're taking it personally. They're still here, just set the "limit to threads from" option to "all" or 90 days, etc. The older threads just haven't been commented on in over 10 days (the default setting)...

Yeah... "members appreciation tour"... that's exactly how I would describe it. "Members appreciation tour" my ass. He didn't earn the money he raked in early in this tour. The reviews from early in this tour are like night and day compared to the recent ones. Most people who tour are rusty the firt shows etc, working out the kinks..by the time they hit the middle to end of the tour they are a well oiled machine..by the time most acts get to the west coast or L.A. they got their shit down. Plus..you think he's going to come to L.A. and not try to blow it away? I'm not saying other towns are not worthy of putting your all into it but there has always been that "gotta pull out all the stops" for L.A. shows since it ( Hollyweird) is the entertainment capital of the world. And even with all that said, I heard when he played the Holllywood Bowl back on the JOTY tour, he had Tom Arnold try and sing 1999..so how da ya like dem apples? Tom Arnold lol. How ethical is it for him to go all out in "entertainment capitals" like LA and NY while he sleepwalks and goes through the motions in other cities? He sucks big time for "practicing" and working out the kinks on audiences who saw this show early in the tour. He should have had his shit together as soon as the trucks rolled off from Paisley. If he didn't have it together, what in the hell was he charging $125 for? He gets ZERO stars.
