If you want to sit together, you may have a problem--like having to buy a second ticket for her through the club. Hope they're not sold out.

I did look at Ticketmaster online and they didn't have the show set up yet! Only the Phoenix show...I thought that was odd.

She should get online and get tickets on Ticketmaster first thing 2morrow morning, you should also be able to buy tickets at the Paramount. The Paramount is located on Broadway a very busy street and there will be lots of people around going into the show. As long as she stays with the crowd she should be fine. I'm going alone but I'm in my thirties and know Oakland well. Where is she coming from, will she be by car or BART? There is parking right next door to the Paramount for an extra few bucks. Bart is a block or two down. She should be fine, just like anywhere she should be careful and not wander off alone.
