NO-
Each NPGMC member gets ONE laminate. That will get 2 people (including yourself) into the soundcheck & aftershow. There is a master list of NPGMC members that they check off. You can only buy 2 tickets, so why would 4 people be able to get into the soundcheck? No. Only 2.

LOL...Nice try>
If you have 1 membership for the NPGMC that entitles you to purchase two tickets. One for you and one for your guest. As I understand it, at will call you will recieve your tickets, two wrist bands, and a single laminate. The wrist bands are for the NPGMC section of the venue as well as for the VIP line should their be an afterparty. The laminate will allow you admittance to the soundcheck free of charge, however, your guest will have to pay cover..... Life Sexy u all life Sexy u all

only one laminate. the member gets the laminate and a wristband - the guest gets a wristband only. laminate gets you into the afterparty or aftershow free - wristband gets you to hte vip line for afterstuff, but you must still pay cover.
at least that is how it was in atlanta.

I, who will be known as The Member, bought 2 tickets for the Buffalo show. At that time it was through Ticketmaster and I received 2 tickets in the mail for the show and both tickets had the code of MUSIC on them to show that they were bought through the NPGMC. At the show when The Member and guest went into the soundcheck we showed our tickets that showed that they were purchased in the NPGMC presale and both got a laminate.
Fast-forward to NYC. The Member orders 2 "tickets" from the NPGMC website. No physical tickets are issued as it was general admission for the club memebers for the first 15 rows. At the concert I show my ID and my name is found on the list and it shows that I purchased 2 tickets so The Member gets a laminate and a wrist band while The Guest gets only a wrist band. Bottom line is that the way the NPGMC is doing it now, if you order 1 "ticket" you get 1 laminate and a wrist band for yourself. If you order 2 "tickets" you get 1 laminate and a wristband for yourself and a wristband for your guest. Wrist band is requried for the soundcheck and show. Afterparty is free with a laminate. Wristbands mean nothing. Anyone without a laminate can get in for the cover charge. It doesn't matter if you are with a laminate holder or not. Buffalo was $30 and NYC was $40. I hope this clears things up as much as they can be cleared up.

there is some confusion because they changed everything starting in Atlanta. but what Aannastesia said is correct and so is what Bosco said.

If you're the member and your guest is not, then regardless of how you make the purchase, the max you can get if you purchase TWO passes is: 1 laminate for you the member (for afterparty admission) and 2 wristbands for you the member and your guest the nonmember (for soundcheck/concert admission) If there is an afterparty/show, then the laminate comes into play... only members get in free. Nonmembers (including nonmember guests) have to pay the cover charge. Of course if you just purchase ONE pass, then you cannot bring a guest... you get just 1 laminate (for afterparty admission) and 1 wristband (for soundcheck/concert admission) [This message was edited Fri Apr 12 22:05:45 PDT 2002 by NuPwrSoul] "That...magic, the start of something revolutionary-the Minneapolis Sound, we should cherish it and not punish prince for not being able to replicate it."-Dreamshaman32
