This is honestly a pain...I can't devote an entire day to waiting for their site to actually work. While we're here folks, let's go over the idea of a general admission presale: YOU DON'T ALL HAVE TO LOG IN TO BUY YOUR TICKETS AT 11:00 AM! But good grief...they should be ready for us.

Is it because they cannot take the traffic. Didn't the pre-sale for both NY and Florida go on at the same time? I can't imagine it's a cnn.com where a millin plus people go if a major event occurs.

There's probably enought room, but my concern is for those persons who come in from CT, NH, BA who might not expect a show in their area. I drove from NJ last week for DC. There weren't that many there, but there's only one show for NY.

Every year I feel frustrated that I have to wait until the end of the tour for P to hit the Bay Area.

Now I am hopeful that by then all the kinks will be worked out.

No I'm getting the:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I'm getting "The server is temporarily busy, please try back in a few minutes."

In my head, I'm getting "The server is crap. People want tickets. Let's get to the business at hand."

Is it possible to confirm tickets through the URACCOUNT access. I just want to know if my order completed.

1. I don't need two tickets and

2. I don't want to get shut out for trying to order more than 2 tickets.

This is a MESS!!
