FRESNO SHOW REPORT W/ PIX!!!! (UPDATED, MO PIX!!!!) What up ppl? well I'm here to tell u about the Frseno show. It began about 8:40 and and started with the usual beginning. I'll let someone else inform u on the set list. We had seats right behind Chance and the horn players.
I gotta admit, this show was pretty good but have seen better. Any time I can get to see Prince live is always a treat. So the last thing I wanna do is complain. I couldn't help but feel he kinda rushed thru this show. Others said the same thing. Purple Rain was hella short! The shortest I've ever seen/heard it! Although, Prince was in a playful mood. He made mention about this crowd being the MTV crowd or something like that. He was just having fun. At one point he called a friend of ours on stage. She was the only one up there, that no good for nothing son of a biscuit eater!!! This was her second show and before we got there she was talkin about how she was gonna get on stage. Well she did it! Well, we are going to the San Jo shows so I hope we have better seats there. Never the less I'm cool. Hope u like the pix. KLICK [Edited 9/6/04 10:40am] klick

Thank-you for posting the pics from last night's show. Yes, it was a great show, but I did feel that it was rushed as well. I think his set in Sacramento was longer than Fresno's. I was a tad bit disappointed that he didn't play "Adore" and mostly "The Beautiful Ones" in Fresno as he did the night before. Still, all in all he never ceases to amaze and overwhelm me. there was about 8 in our party and three of us had cell phones with cams. we all shared pix via bluetooth. I actually have more but photobucket.com limits me to 4 online. my cell even records video as well. I have about 7 different videos from the concert. poor quality and not very long. I failed to mention that Larry and Tina were in the house. I had a chance to say hi to them and asked Larry if he was gonna play. he said no. KLICK klick

I have yet 2 come across security that prevents us from taking in cell phones. It's all about timing when taking pix. just take a look around, if the it's all clear, then snap away!!! I will say this, the Fresno security was very lax in there ways. KLICK klick

I will say this, the Fresno security was very lax in there ways. KLICK I was at the Fresno show; my best friend and her sister-in-law were on the floor in the third row, and said security was jumping on anyone who had a camera, or a cell phone camera. They had taken my digital camera that I smuggled in with them to try to get pictures, but they were stopped any time they attempted to take a picture. During a slow period in the show, we met upstairs, they gave me my camera back, and I got off some shots from my seat. They aren't the greatest, since the camera I took is my sucky digital, but if anyone wants to take a look, I have them up on my blog. http://www.fourt9rkim.blo...9585663917
