Live in Philly and was curious as to what hotel he might be in....Four Seasons, Ritz, Sofitel.....? Any ideas on where he tends to stay?

Usually either the 4 Seasons or Leows. The tour buses are parked at i 95 & spring garden st, all three gemini 1 , 2 & 3 which is odd. so possibly the hotel on delaware avenue also
