My Theory!! I think the reason theres no mention at all of European tour dates, except for the Paris gig at the end of October, is because I think Prince is afraid 2 travel because of terrorism!!
So hes just doing Paris, cos its geographically central for all of Europe and all us European fans have 2 go there!! For us in the Uk, that means either travelling there by ferry or hovercraft or a 1 1/2 hours flight or the Channel Tunnel!! Just my theory, thats all!!
