$50 tix for NPGMC members?

I renewed my membership for the CDs, and thinking a Boston date will appear soon. Now I notice that the tickets available to NPGMC members are $125. I'll wait and buy $50 tickets, but I want to make sure I still get into the soundcheck and afterparty - that was part of the NPGMC membership, after all...
Has anyone had an experience of this? Did this work for anyone before?

NPGMC has stated that you only get the soundcheck if you get a laminate, and you only get a laminate if you buy in the pre-sale. However, only the $125 tickets are available as part of the pre-sale. Thus, I don't think you can go to the soundcheck if you don't want the $125 seats! (I hope they consider changing this...)

Ticketmaster "screwed" up things..."yes" so I give a clap for NPGMC wanting to service members "directly" so that there won't be screw ups and besides U would still pay TICKETMASTER the $125.00 for the ticket and it would probably still get screwed up by them...so therefore...thank u NPGMC for starting a new way of getting things done direct...sense of more security will take place with the DIRECT approach once its all organized and set in "stone".

thank u.
