I'm going mad, i'm planning to see Washington DC gigs on 29,30,31 of March but i can't buy my tix!!!

As a premium member from France of NPGMC, i got the pass to access the pre-sale but there's no section for foreigners on ticketmaster website, that's a shame, why NPGMC send a password to access the pre-sale if you can't buy my pass

If anyone have a solution, drop a line

did you pick US "will call" to see if it goes though?

Only the concert at 31st gives you the opportunity to choose 'other countries'than US and Canada. Use this option (and you'll find out you pay a few $$ more handling costs).

Both March 29 + 30 you just have to choose US (though incorrect) and don't forget to pick a state name (used AK myself). You'll notice you pay less for handling of your ticket order.

This worked o.k. for me and my friends from the Netherlands.

Well i did buy DC tix via the US option but unfortunately
i've received 3 mails from Ticketmaster who said my orders
are cancelled due to an incorrect address, it seems they don't want me to go in DC,damn...

Also NPGMC told me that they won't cancel my orders,even
if i'm in France...sounds crazy

Anyone had the same experience in Europe ??

When did you receive the e-mail? AFTER you had a confirmation of booking your ticket? Or when you tried to book a ticket?
