take the hyphen out of the code

That's complete bullshit!! NPGMC fucked up again. Why have a password with a dash and Ticketbastard not accept it?? This just cost several folks including myself better seats!! Luckily, I figured it out soon enough to still get decent choices! But damn...why is this ticket shit so hard? It shouldn't be!!!

oh quit bitching, they said a million times that information can change at any time without warning and to keep checking their website. it was a problem for not even 5 minutes, big frickin deal

Actually, depending on who the performer is 5 mins could definitely mean the difference between getting a ticket or not. Some shows sell out in like 2 or 3 minutes.

By the time I finally saw the updated password on the site, half the orchestra was taken for Saturday, and fifth row on the very end of the side section was all there was for Friday and Sunday.

It wasnt that hard to think of trying the password without the hyphen. After the password didnt work, I tried it the other way. And I got row AA. I understand its frustrating but I'm sure it wasnt on purpose. Everyone bitches around here!

We aren't supposed to have to "try to think" of variations on passwords. Here's a thought instead... post the frickin' correct password! Some of us actually pay attention to detail around here, and enter things EXACTLY as they are posted. We are not "password hackers"!

You dont have to password hackers. I payed attention to detail also. I had my control V all set up for the password as it was posted. But when it didnt work the first thing I thought of was taking the hyphen out. It wasnt that big of a deal. I had problems with my password last show but eventually it worked and it got 5th row. Its now the end of the world.

Honestly, I just refreshed the NPGMC musicpage, and oh my god, the PW changed. I got Row B(1, 3) the first night D the second night(5,7). That's not too Bad. And Yes I have a job and was on a conference call, doing work on my machine and getting tickets, so oh my God it is possible to multitask, try and figure out how to solve a problem with the tickets, and get great seats. The power of the mind.

I dont' mind the password change. I just said Damnit. Ticketmaster more than likley messed up but it's all good. I have my good seats.

MULTITASKING is a saving grace. I was coaching my co-worker on another computer who could not get the password to work, while I tried on mine, and talked to the windshield guys on the phone while they replace the windshield in my truck. Good Lord - I'm surprised I even got tickets!

I know that it is frustrating about the password. None of us know for sure what happened, so there is no need for assumptions here! Assumptions are falsies that can only spawn bad things. So, we don’t know the story. If it was a mistake….then hey, we r all only human, right. U all must know that Prince has been very concerned about this in the recent past and has worked hard with ticketmaster to fix the problem. Why has he been working on this……because he WANTS U to have good seats!!!! That is the point of the gift of pre-ticket sales for this exclusive group!!

So, please be thankful for what we have access to! He doesn’t have to give any of this!!!

And yes we paid a price for these gifts. A price of $100! One of u broke that price down…..but again that is a falsie. Personally, would have paid more to be allowed the perks that come with this club. The price seemed like chump change after I had the chance to attend just one sound check!! That experience was also a gift, a priceless gift!!!!!

So, please, let us not look a gift horse in the mouth! There aren’t any other musician of his status that’s does this!!! And who knows how long it will last!!!

I wish my problem would have been the problem you are having now when I went to the Indiapolis show but I was not that lucky...I got to pay top price for 3ed balcony and you all get 3 concerts and had to pay top price for 5th, 7th, or whatever floor row LOL.
LCD if you are going to eat your tickets give them to me lol.
But really there was a mistake and mastakes just happen... you just have to take the good with the bad.

My furthest row is Row F. The view's probably pretty damned good, and I'm glad to be there, but this just shouldn't happen, especially those like myself who were completely ready and hoping for at least one night in the front row. Most are pissed because this stuff always seems to happen with TM and Prince.

I remember last year for the second Celebration concert, tix were to go on presale at 10 am on a certain day, but they were actually starting to sell a day earlier and it only got out by word of mouth, and MANY got placed way back (including me). It's always something, and we're tired of it...that's all! Other than that, everything's gravy.
