Hey y'all...I have the honor of taking a Prince newbie to 3 shows next week...The 1st night in Seattle, I'm taking my lovely lady (Truly, the Most Beautiful Girl In The World). She's 10 years younger than me, and only knew Prince from the nasty press P.N.C. (post name change). She now loves every song (5 women and Dorothy Parker being her favorites) and couldn't be more psyched. The next night, I'm taking an older friend of mine (he's 43) who had the chance to see Prince on that fateful night in Cali when the Stones fans went apeshit during Prince's opening set (my friend was smoking a J in the parking lot before the Stones set, and missed the melee). He's curious 2 see why I call Prince the most breathtaking guitarist, and is also super psyched. The next night (in Portland), I'm taking one of my closest friends who is a guitarist in a successful Seattle band. He is 29, and doesn't know much about Prince...I've made him watch "Sign o the Times" (he said Sheila is the BADDEST drummer he's ever seen) and his jaw dropped when he saw Prince's hall of fame exceptance solo (As much as I love George Harrison, Prince took the guitar break and ran to a place few, if any, can reach). Any Pacific Northwesterners, we'll see ya in the front...Thank you in advance, NPGMC!!!!!

OMG!!....i am meeting up with 3 newbies 2...in portland. i am sooo excited!! i cant wait 4 the show. this will only be my 2nd time seeing prince....and its so close now!!!!! the only thing left 2 do is pick an outfitt....
