Is Prince changing? Ok, I am fairly new to being a fam... so when I read how if you get on stage, you are not to touch Prince, don't talk to him... etc. I am thinking he is superstar trippin'
Last night at the Joe, the lady fell, P helped her up, stooped down to brush confetti off of her legs and asked her if she was alright. When the fans on stage were finished dancing prince would prompt them to take a bow and bow with them. The guy in purple, I thought he was part of the show he was so good. He looked like he could have been in the 4 tops or something. I kept expecting him to break out with "Bernadette". Then Prince high fived this guy several times, and the purple suit deserved it because he was WORKING IT. My point is , I didn't see any of this weird out don't look at me stuff. Prince was just easy going, down to earth, funny. I like this way better than the lollipop sucking communicating with fingers Prince. I wish I could have gone too.. I started to go to the Palace with my children around 7p and buy tickets at the door. I asked them if they wanted to go. They said yes, but I decided to just sit this one out. I went to both shows last month, the show yesterday and the simulcast in March. I just couldn't justify spending 150.00 for three cheap seat tickets, plus 15.00 to park. I did feel icky knowing that P was performing right here in metro Detroit and I wouldn't be there.. | |
