What's wrong with Nelly Furtado?
I saw her a few weeks ago at a festival and I was pleasantly surprised. I kind of liked her hits, but after seeing her "live" my respect for her has grown tremendously. She puts on a nice show, got the crowd really enthousiast and has a good band. I'd be happy to see her again, especially for free as an extra to the Prince concert. Although of course The Time would be cooler as an opening act... RIP Prince: thank U 4 a funky Time... |

I was surprised by the hostility too. I read great reviews of her Ottawa festival performance and her recent Toronto show. Although I bought her recent album for my kid, I really like it - lots of diverse sounds - not cookie-cutter pop. Prince fans should appreciate that.
And Prince will need to play a shorter show after the two hour and forty minute monster last night..... | |

YES,,The TIme would be MUCH cooler!..lol I have nothing against the girl...I was just never crazy about her music,,& I think she has a "nasaly" voice..
