anyone miss prince speaking about his beliefs. Long Island's show on tuesday will be my 4th musicology show, but i sort of miss something that he has always done in the past. that is talk about GOD. From 1984 purple rain to One Night Alone, after 25plus shows i've seen, i always walked away feeling great. i think the NYC Lincoln Center show blew alot of members minds. We talked about it on the night of his induction at Club Black aftershow jam. "RISE UP" he was saying at Lincoln Center, and every hand in the place was up to the heavens, tears fell from everyone around us. Prince talked about how we had to rise up above all the stuff going on (911). How we had to join and help one another and look to GOD and thank him. Save my LORD i've been a fool. POWERFUL! | |

Not at all. I hated that. He can have his beliefs and I have mine. I just go for the music. | |
