Gina Cutillo, I danced w/ Prince at Continental Arena 7/16-NJ I have a picture as well.
A dream Come true. New Recording Artist from Long Island, Gina Cutillo performs on stage with Prince July 16 at the Sold out Continental Arena show in NJ. Taking the right side of the stage Ms. Cutillo danced for 20 minutes through songs "Kiss", "You Got the Look" and others. Celebrity onlookers include: Beyonce, Jay-Z and more. Just announcing her Debut release For the Love of C... which drops in stores July 27, 2004, Gina was ecstatic. "I couldn't believe it, dancing in front of a Sold Out arena was not something I thought I'd be doing 2 weeks before my release. Prince was amazing, the show and artistry was flawless." Before exiting the stage Prince gave Gina a very approving look and a high five, while his guitarist "The Rev" Mike Scott took her arm and told her she was phenomenal then gave her two guitar picks, one saying Prince the other his signature. An unbelievable event for a girl from Long Island that just started up her label and is getting ready to release her debut album. "As I waited to get on stage I said to myself that this would be the telltale of my abilities to channel such amazing energy at a huge sold out show, I was nervous, then danced onto the stage realizing more than ever I am fully on the correct path, I loved every minute." I was making fun of that girl afterwards, she got picked onstage to dance and Prince gave her the mic, and she choked! I was like there's no excuse 4 that, u better get ur Purple Rain on! Gina, there were a lot of sexy women onstage Friday nite, and I saw them all! I was 6th row on the floor in the wheelchair section, are you the hottie in white who lost her shoe and Prince grabbed it to throw in the audience and then went SIKE! That was definetly the best Prince concert I've seen, I'm glad u met and danced with the man. Good luck with your album, I'll check it out! FrankieDJ | |
