Anybody had problems getting NPGMC tickets for this tour?

I tried to get tickets to one (or both) of the Chicago shows, and ticketbastard could not complete my order, even after trying and trying again? Has anyone else had the same problem, and is it an option to charge by phone for upcoming concerts?

No problems here... 7th row 3/2 & 5th 3/10. Aisle seats both times. Better than I ever would have gotten without NPGMC.

Actually since the question has arosed... have people got the tickets over the phone only or has anyone gone in person to a ticketmaster location... just wondering so I know what seems best! Thanks.
