If you guys don't read this, nobody will: "School of Funk: Jimmy Jam was a DJ. Morris Day was a drummer. Prince was a kid with a huge Afro. Before they changed popular music, mom told them to turn that racket down."

Some otherwise unavailable insight into the formative years of a great musician among great musicians. Brings new meaning to the old line that it takes a community to raise a child! Seems like they all went about raising one another.
