A night to remember!! Last night's show at NY's MSG was one of the greatest nights of my life. I am still on a high.
Pardon me, but the setlist excapes me right now. I do know that he played "Bambi" and "A whole lotta love". He started a little after 8pm. When I got my ticket it said, "section 4" I was beside myself. My seat was on the right hand side of the stage, close to Rhonda and close enough to Prince, when he walked up the right side of the cross shaped stage. At one point he said to the crowd, "Yall, gonna have to drag me outta here tonight". His acoustic set was great. I enjoyed "Telemarketeer Blues". There was this little girl in front of me and Prince picked her up and brough her on stage, when it came time for the ladies in the crowd to come up and dance to, Life o' the party". Incidently, this sound a hell of a lot better live. The only thing that I was kinda bummed about was that, I could not see John Blackwell at all. I guess cause he was on the other side of the stage. In all, it was an experience that I will NEVER forget. A night to remember!! I was at MSG too and it was so amazing and it was extra special because I saw him at home and at MSG ahich I thought I'd never see happen. The whole thing was amazing and hearing Bambi and Call My Name live, I was in heaven. My best friend was with me and halfway through, she said it was the best concert she's been to and when it was over she said, "Now I understand what it's all about", as to why I'm such a huge fan. It was really beautiful. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

It was my 18th Prince show and probably the best I've ever been too. I was in the front row, directly in front of where Rhonda was and where P had a little nap, it was unbelievable. I took a friend who's never seen him before and afterwards she said that she totally understood what I'd been raving about all these years. She had the widest smile all night long and kept shaking her head in disbelief "Pass the Peas", "Whole lotta love", "Sweet thing".... he blew us away

That was #19 for me!! I thought it was sooo much better than opening nite...BAMBI!!! DAYUMN!!! He was much more playful with us and the band both. I would rank this top 5 shows..The One Nite Alone at Avery Fisher and Lovesexy at Nassau, and an aftershow or two would be above it but it definately ranked wayyy up there. Close seats helped too! I WAS THERE TOO !!!
I was 1 level up from the floor ! He was Majestic ! Like God sent gift ! I screamed, cried and laughed the whole night ! You know the whole time I was staring at his little figure on stage and wondered " How can someone be soo damn talented ?" I can't believe how talented he is. How does he do it ? HOW ? It's a mystery to me. Then I said " I want to be his next wife!!!"
