Here's a swipe from NPGMC about what you can do if you can't use your tix for the rescheduled Chicago shows this month. Sorry I didn't post this sooner, and thanks to NPGMC for the info...if you have any questions, send an e-mail or PM to the folks over at NPG Music Club.

Due 2 the necessary rescheduling of the 4 remaining Chicago concert dates, we will allow refunds 4 these 4 shows only if u can no longer attend. Here are the current rescheduled dates:

June 26 = Tue, August 3
June 28 = Thu, July 22
June 29 = Fri, July 23
June 30 = Sat, July 24

If u CAN attend the show, u do not need 2 do anything. Ur tickets are secure and will be valid at the venue on the new nite.

If u can no longer attend the concert u have a ticket 4, here is what u need 2 do.

June 26:
If u already picked up ur ticket from Will Call on the nite of the show but now cannot use them, u must mail ur tickets 2 Paisley Park by Friday, July 16:

After we receive ur tickets, we will credit the amount back 2 u. Make sure u include ur name and member name or else we will not know they are from u. If u did not pick up ur tickets from Will Call, contact npgmc-support-cc@npgmusicclub.com with ur member name, real name, confirmation number, concert date, and quantity and let them know u wish 2 cancel and get a refund. We will check ur name against our will call pick up list 2 make sure u do not have ur tickets already.

June 28, 29, 30:
Please emale npgmc-support-cc@npgmusicclub.com with ur member name, real name, confirmation number, concert date, and quantity and let them know u wish 2 cancel and get a refund.

ALL CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY JULY 16. After July 16, we will not refund or cancel ur tickets.

And once again, if u can attend the new dates and already have ur ticket, u don't need 2 do anything. Ur all set.

We will not do any exchanges. And we will not be selling any additional tickets from this site. If u want 2 attend a rescheduled show but do not have a ticket, please visit ticketmaster.com. There are many seats available.
