I thought it was the Cabinet that could remove him that way. In fact, someone just said it on CNN. Pence would be the one to start that process.

I think it is they put in writing that he is unable to serve and Pence becomes acting president if within a few days trump responds that is he is fine then the cabinet has to do a 2nd letter and then 2/3 of Congress has to agree that he is unable.
but in any case he is still president... this was meant for actualy not being able to function. [Edited 1/6/21 16:51pm] If you do not defended some speech you abhor then you do NOT support free speech.

He could forget about trying to run for president again. He just sealed his legacy yesterday as the worst, and most unstable and dangerous president. We can’t have him as president again. He destroyed his own legacy. He’s probably watching recorded vids of the storming of the Capitol and enjoying it. He meant he was going to find a way to interfere with Joe being affirmed as the next president, and he got more than he wanted [Edited 1/7/21 5:35am] Always smile in the face of adversity. ![]() America gave Trump his eviction notice on 11/3/20, and now he’s the only president in U.S. history to be impeached twice.

Good, he’s become a National threat. https://www.cnn.com/polit...84a2c2b7ca Facebook says it may ban Trump's account "indefinitely" From CNN’s Brian Fung “Facebook’s restrictions on President Trump’s account will continue at least the next two weeks and perhaps “indefinitely,” CEO Mark Zuckerberg said in a blog post. The decision marks a major escalation by Facebook as it’s come under intense pressure to ban Trump following his inflammatory rhetoric encouraging insurrection. If the restrictions hold, Facebook could be the first major platform to remove Trump permanently.” Always smile in the face of adversity. ![]() America gave Trump his eviction notice on 11/3/20, and now he’s the only president in U.S. history to be impeached twice.

As they should... https://www.politico.com/...aff-455947 Trump White House asks political staff to resign by Biden's inauguration The Trump administration on Thursday asked all of its political appointees to submit resignation letters by Inauguration Day, taking a step initially expected months ago that will clear the way for President-elect Joe Biden to start filling the government with his own staff as soon as he enters the White House. In a memo addressed to presidential appointees and shared with POLITICO, White House deputy chief of staff Chris Liddell asked staffers to submit a letter of resignation no later than noon on Jan. 20. “As we prepare for a transition of power, we must take appropriate measures to ensure this is done in an orderly manner,” wrote Liddell, who has been coordinating transition efforts for the White House. The memo, which was sent to Cabinet and executive agency heads who were asked to share it with presidential appointees in their organizations, included draft resignation templates for staffers to fill out and send.
