J I was proving you wrong about cops always shooting black suspects. If ever two deserved to be shot by police it's those two, but they weren't.
[Edited 11/22/20 8:15am]

When did I ever say that the police kill EVERY single Black suspect? If that was the case there wouldn’t be any Black people in prison, because they all have been killed beforehand...But in this particular situation, I do think if the races were reversed, the outcome would be very different

Please Don’t waste our time with ridiculous arguments Pokey

It’s pretty clear to anyone with half a brain that I was stating that if Rittenhouse was Black, this situation would have played out very differently.

Got that, Pokeno ? It’s not that hard

Exactly. lol Wow. I remember some nutty righties defending him for killing two unarmed protesters. I mean Ritty had a big ass rifle, and the protesters had no weapon. How were they a threat to him, when he was the one with the dangerous weapon pointing and walking in a crowd, and was not law enforcement. If he was suppose to be protecting businesses, why was he waking through the crowd with a weapon?

It’s obvious some tried to get the gun from him, because they probably thought he was going to start shooting at people, and he panicked and ran. He should have known better.
[Edited 11/22/20 7:05am]

True... the people in the crowd probably assumed that he was a potential mass shooter, and went after him to disarm him. Why else would they go after him? But there are different rules for different people

Exactly. The punk was walking around with a dangerous weapon, into a crowd of protesters, and the protesters were yelling that he has a gun. He caused a panic, and the result was not good.

J there were no cops around when kyle was forced to shoot in self defense and they didnt know what happened. So if he was black white or any other color he'd still be free to walk away. And did you notice he had his arms up and admitted he shot people. That's the approach Chris Rock said to take. Only ignant suspects get shot by police.

Huh? Open carry of rifles is legal in the state...him having a gun is not a justification to attack him... oh and the video proves that to not be the case. he was not attacked until he put out a fire the violent protesters set in a rolling trash bin to be used as a weapon against police...

setting a fire is a crime... open carry is not (the fact that he was only 17 is not a factor as they had no reason to assume he was not 18)

But I find it telling that in this case when a lynch mod formed to take the law into its own hands under the false assumption he was or had or was about to commit a crime it okay as long as he is white...

What if he had been a black male at a tea party rally with a rifle and a mob attacked him and he shot his attackers... who here would see that differently?

I call you Pokeno because that was the name that you used before you were kicked off this site. Then you came back for awhile as America1st, and now this current moniker.
But to me, you’ll always be Stephen (a reference all the Tarantino fans here will)

These are probably the same people who would have said of Emmett Till’s killers “Why complain about the verdict? They had a trial by a jury of their peers and they were found to be not guilty?”

Most of the time when a person is shot/killed by police/vigilante it is for doing something foolish... running or resisting or trying to fight or using a weapon. In a few cases the man was doing nothing wrong what so ever... (John Crawford III) or doing what they were told to do... but those are the exception. That being said: in many of those cases the shooter/killer was in the wrong.

you should have been here during the Martin case... I said it was a crime...but I also laid out that Martin chose to go back to confront Zimmerman and attacked him... (all of which was backed by the state's evidence)

Since we going way back, the guy who did mike brown's private family autopsy was just charged with fraud. He's not a doctor, he's used a bunch of different names and he took a million dollars from 20 families without ever completing the autopsies. This is the same guy that claimed brown was bent over and shot in the top of the head. And all the ignant folk lapped it up as gospel and CNN among others pushed that false narrative.GTFOHWTBS the truth always comes out eventually.

being shot in the top of his head would be 100% consistent with the witness testimony that brown was rushing towards the officer and was shot and his forward momentum caused him to fall in the officer's direction... and it is NOT AT ALL consistent with any other situation.

Early on there was a LIE told that brown had been shot in the head as he lay dying in the street...that is totally contradicted by a shot to the top of his head.

No he should get acquitted--and paid millions in restitution for malicious prosecution and official oppression.

the dumbest thing I read about him was some fool (I do not think it was here but I would not put it past some) that wanted him charged as an adult for: Minor in Possession! (and then some other idiot wanted him charged with federal charge of transporting an illegal firearm across state lines) And Even dumber for Illinois charge him too!

Rittenhouse couldn't even by the gun legally because of his age, so he had his friend buy it for him, who is now being charged, for doing so.

These are not race riots they are political riots. The white troublemakers are activists who claim to be rioting in pursuit of racial justice so why does everybody lie and call them white supremacists?

This is was not a political riot, these protests were happening in Kenosha because a cop shot a colored man in the back 7 times.

And here’s the evidence.

https://www.usnews.com/ne...hin-the-us

11/5/20
“Chad Wolf, acting secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, reported in the "State of the Homeland Threat Assessments 2020" that white supremacist violent extremists have been "exceptionally lethal in their abhorrent, targeted attacks in recent years."

Since 2018, white supremacists have conducted more lethal attacks on the U.S. than any other group. And these attacks sometimes target law enforcement officers.

At the same time people described have been exploiting peaceful protests, "causing violence, death and destruction in American communities," Wolf wrote. There were more than 100 days of this kind of violence, causing more than 300 separate injuries to Homeland Security officers. Among the weapons used against them were sledgehammers, commercial fireworks, rocks, metal pipes and explosive devices.“
