Adolph Reed: Most blacks don't get up thinking of killer police.

In his view most blacks think of paying rent, having a job, wages. Not police brutality. Why left should be geared more towards a class struggle.

All you others say Hell Yea!! woot!

That's because only a tiny number of criminals ever have trouble with the law. If you're a law abiding citizen theres nothing to worry about.

Bullshit. I know Black clergy people, executives who make 6 figure salaries, and even Black cops and other LE who fear a bad encounter with the cops, either for themselves or their family

The concepts of “class “ doesn’t apply to Black people in several ways, as ALL Black people, regardless of their class, their income, their personal bearing, are viewed with suspicion and hostility by many other groups

Wait are we actually pulling the "if you've got nothing to hide you've got nothing to fear" line? Fucking hell. Ok Goebbels. Up next "I'm concerned about the power of international jewry"

"I think people ought to know that we're anti-fascist, we're anti-violence, we're anti-racist and we're pro-creative. We're against ignorance."

These are not mutually exclusive issues. Then and now, Black leaders wanted racial barriers removed so Black people could reap the economic benefits of true equality

Where does the unjustifed shooting of a person by police rank on casues of death? Seems pretty low. And now that even a clear case of justifed use of force is met with criminal charges... I do not think it is going to end the way some thing it will. Much of it seems to go back to the 'no snitch' idea. Which feeds much higher risks.

No Matter How ANYONE tries to justify it our rights, freedoms, and Liberties are being restricted in the name of COVID-19.

From the article I posted in the other thread.

There are about 7,300 Black homicide victims a year. The 14 unarmed victims in fatal police shootings would comprise only 0.2% of that total.

Like I said the ignant ones are complaining about a mosquito bite and ignoring the limb that got chopped off.

Exactly...shit, I was raised by a cop. He always told us, because of who we are, to be EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA careful when dealing with cops, particularly white ones and especially in the suburbs.

Do you know who Hannah Fizer is? She is a white, unarmed girl shot dead by the police. One South Carolina BLM group supported small protest in Missouri, The BLM group was contacted but silent. Is Fizer an innocent victim?

Are you directing this question to the right wingers on here, or the rational people? It’s hard to tell

But we’re being told- by God knows who the fuck these people are- that we as Black Americans are just IMAGINING police misconduct and brutality against us...

Really, how can you take these trolls seriously?
