Though I don't care for him, he was elected by half of the country and it seems the democrats could have found something in common with him for the good of the country.

The behavior of the dems (the far left) has caused, IMO, the loss of 10 House seats. There is also documented infighting between the far left and the moderates. The Republicans are waiting to take advantage of this schism.

He resonated with too many voters to brush his influence off.

I’m not saying that the Democrats are perfect. And I’m not saying that Trump wasn’t popular with a large swath of the American public... which is quite frightening in a lot of ways. It tells me that to many people, there is almost nothing too depraved, nothing too indecent, that millions of folks will not find a justification for. Trump, in my view, represents the ugliest underbelly of this country But that’s just my opinion

It's no surprise JJ that a large swath of the American public supported Trump....they're the same folks who supported Goldwater, Nixon & Reagan. Their message was no different than Trump's. Those Archie Bunker types are never going away.

Margot is right about the dumocrats...they better get their shit together or it'll come back to haunt them in 2022 and 2024.

This is true, better diferenatiate enough from the reps or they will lose in 2024, but much depends on what Joe do during his presidency

Very true... that segment of America is still here, as strong as ever . Trump just used a bullhorn while the others used dog whistles. But the message was always still the same... “Blame the n***ers for everything “.

Speaking of which, there’s a new documentary on Showtime about Ronald Reagan, and one of the areas it’s said to explore is Reagan’s responsibility in fostering racial divisions in this country. I plan to check it out

Sly yes 4. Accord between Serbia & Kosovo, the abraham accords, peace treaty between Israel & UAE, and the 4th was this:

"In what will no doubt eventually be called the Trump Doctrine, his foreign policy has been based on restraint in military engagements, the rebuilding of American military power as a source of dissuasion against aggression, and the adoption of alternative and refreshing approaches to achieving peace.”

“Owens now calls the NAACP “one of the worst groups for Black people,” even though the organization helped her win a racial discrimination lawsuit. In 2007, she accused some white boys of racially harassing and threatening to kill her. Owens claimed the boys were the son of then-Stamford Mayor Dannel Malloy, Connecticut’s former governor. Because of the NAACP, Owens’ family received a settlement of $37,500 from Stamford Public Schools.

Scot X. Esdaile, the Connecticut NAACP president who helped Owens with her lawsuit, was shocked to hear she had become a conservative. Esdaile told Mic, “We’re very saddened and disappointed in her. It seems to me that she’s now trying to play to a different type of demographic.”

He also said, “It’s the same type of thing Clarence Thomas did. [Thomas] reaped all the benefits of affirmative action and then tried to roll over on it. It’s that kind of mentality and disrespect.”

Hey Only, what ‘place’ is that? You do realize that Black Americans don’t need your permission to criticize the political or any other beliefs of other Black Americans? There is no law against that.

Candace certainly has no issue with doing that about members of her own racial group, so exactly who are you to imply or suggest that JJ or any other Black orger have no right to critique Candace? And again... exactly what ‘place’ is that for Candace, because you seem to imply that Blacks should have the same view about Candace as you, and that ‘we’ (‘Blacks who voice their views about or disagree with Candace’) should ‘stay in our place’ and not comment about Candace.
Explain.

And to add, if you want to accuse anyone of using race or gender slurs, maybe you should remember how Candace attacked Harry Styles’ masculinity (gender) because of what he chose to wear for a photo shoot. Or does Candace get a pass for that? popcorn

1) ask JJ as it is JJ that seems be the one saying she is out of line. Do you grasp that I at no point was critial of JJ for whatever race/gender JJ identifies as? I called out JJ for the use of race and gender slurs. And of course I know there is no law against it... just like there is not law saying you can not have a fit over me calling JJ out and just like there is no law against me correcting you...

2) so? If she used race or gender or any idenity slurs I would suggest she ought not to do that.

3) did she? she was out of line... I am not going to play the "They did it too" game. She was wrong.

No he did not. He just gave his view of her, and once again you took issue with his opinion, and as you always do, imply his opinion of Candace was based on Candace not ‘minding her place.‘Exactly what place is that, which exempts her from other Black Americans expressing their views of her, as she expresses herself freely, regarding other Black Americans? Why do you have a problem everytime a Black American has opposing views towards Candace or any Back conservative? We don’t need your authorization to express our views of Black conservatives, and will continue to express those views without your permission.

Candace Owens spews hate and contempt and insults towards those on the other side of the political spectrum, so she (and her acolytes) should not be surprised if that animosity is flung back in her face. If you dish it out, you gotta learn to take it....

More from candace's blackout book. She so right just like some here cant handle different viewpoints.

"World War II. And just a little more than two decades before then marked the start of World War I, battles fought among men whose average age was twenty-four but reached as low as just twelve years. Fast-forward to today and students are demanding safe spaces on college campuses because they view it as a form of torture to be exposed to opposing viewpoints."
