Apparently the tapes indicate that no evidence was presented by the prosecution Taylor's behalf. The jurors needed to ask for more evidence or question why evidence was being withheld or omitted.

Also, a discrepancy about WHY the police went to her apartment in the first place - Post Master does not corroborate the assertion that suspicious packages were sent to her address.

1) they often do not. A grand jury would only be given evidence that support charges. Her actions are not relevant to the reaction of the officers at her apartment.

2) not relevant to the charges in this case. I HOPE this really needs no explanation.

For 1)

I was wrong, I did not unertand what was being stated. It was not that they did not give much if any evidence on her behalf but they did not even offer charges in her death. They also suggested she was shot once. They were told to indite on what they did indite on. There were no other options or people (defendants) offered.

I predict new charges soon.

Be nice, it's not friendly to say such things about others. Maybe you're just mad because you don't like the charges? As I said, new charges and new indictments will be forthcoming.

Speaking of spit
biggrin

But yeah at least the contents are the how the warrant was obtained thst has nothing to do with these officers as they were merely carrying out the warrant and had little if anything to do with how it was obtained.

Such questions will be more relevant in a wrongful death case and not in a criminal case such as this .
