Iowa - the Democrat's farce

Iowa, the first state where Democrats vote for their presidential candidate.

It all went a little bit stubbornly, and with a bit I mean a bit of a shit; that we still don't know the official result because the Democrats used a new app that 'doesn't work'.

Meanwhile, candidate Pete Buttigieg seems to be claiming the victory. Then it turned out that Buttigieg's campaign with $ 42,500 was the largest candidate donor to the app developer, which of course again yields BAD OPTICS because everyone is already shouting that the CNN-DNC cartel is trying to get Bernie out of the race.

And then it SHOWS AGAIN: that the app was built by Shadow, Inc. whose CEO Gerad Niemira was Senior Product Manager and Director of Product of Hillary's presidential campaign in 2016.

Then here is a Buttigieg Comms Director who throws a pin code online in 1 photo and shows that a '4 delegates' has been wrongly rounded up.

Oh yes, and then all those coin tosses for when things go right, or something. In short, another glorious dumpster fire, certainly when Bernie's team also claimed victory based on their own polls. Elizabeth Warren would be third according to Bernie's count, and Biden fourth behind.

FAIL lol lol lol

Some of this sound like the kind of "conspiracy theories" one might find on drudge or infowars.
Careful you don't trigger anyone here.

razz lol

For what it's worth, I pretty much agree with your comments here, even the conspiracy stuff.

If we can't trust the democrats to play fair with themselves, in their own primaries, why would we trust them on a national scale when it comes to the actual election?

Basically we have one side saying their theory is that it's a conspiracy and the other calling them conspiracy theorists.

I'll just stick with my mantra: Bernie is gonna win.

I voted in an electronic voting booth once, way back in 2003 or so. The trial never got further than that one election and the booths have apparently been sitting in a warehouse ever since, unused. Agree with paper ballets 100%, everything else is a waste of time.

He probably could, and he would have 4 years ago, if the DNC would let him. They won't.

It sure was a screw-up. But you know what the Democrats DIDN'T have in Iowa?

Russian interference.

President Donald J. Trump can't say that about his elections.

nod I get why Bernie doesn't run as a 3rd party candidate, but if he did and beat the Dem candidate, it would hopefully teach the DNC a valuable lesson.

The DNC rigged the 2016 primary against Bernie.

The DNC rigged the 2016 presidential debate against Trump.

The DNC planted paid agitators at Trump rallies.

Ironically, those three things helped Trump win.

Karma, baby.

YES !!!!

Tulsi Gabbard was the original sponsor of the H.R.5147 Bill

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to require voting systems used in elections for Federal office to produce a voter-verified paper ballot of each vote cast on the system, and for other purposes.

https://www.congress.gov/.../5147/text

introduced almost 2 years ago...

Its only been co sponsored by 3 people..

Wait, if you round down... you get a total of 2+2+3=7 delegates.

But the caucus is assigned 8. Is this how it's supposed to work?

I see what happened here... 9 votes were unviable and thrown out... so I assume those 9 people didn't realign their votes... so should the eligible votes be proportioned out of 61 instead of 70.

Pretty confusing but the rounding up is correct actually...

https://medium.com/@IowaD...9a496bbec2

we get 7 delegates when we add 2+2+3... but 8 delegates are assigned... so in these cases the candidate with the highest decimal below 0.5 gets an additional delegate.

So did you take ownership of the rigged primary, or rigged debate, or hired rally disruptors/agitators?

Honest question, as I wasn't around to know.

Bernie has to win with such big numbers that they can't find a way of weaseling out of it. Not an impossibility but not an easy task either.
