Rudy Giuliani Reportedly Under Investigation For Links To U.S. Ambassador’s Recall Well, here we are. Full circle
. and it all always goes back to the Russian nothingburger that keeps putting Trump cronies in jail. At this point it seems like it would be elder abuse to put a senile old fool like Giuliani through the system, but just like grandpa running over people because he still wants to drive, he has caused a lot of damage. Ask Trump . This is not going to end well. .

Prosecutors are looking into whether Giuliani violated lobbying laws that protect the government from covert foreign influence, The New York Times reported.Federal prosecutors are investigating President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani’s links to the sudden recall in May of the U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, The New York Times reported Friday. Manhattan investigators are looking into whether Giuliani violated lobbying laws that protect the U.S. government from covert foreign influence, sources told the Times. CNN and Bloomberg reported Thursday that federal prosecutors were also examining Giuliani’s financial dealings with associates Igor Fruman and Lev Parnas, who were arrested Thursday on charges that they secretly funneled Russian money to groups that support Trump and other GOP candidates.

STOLEN IDENTITIESDid Rudy Pal Igor Fruman Steal Another Man’s Identity to Make a $100K Campaign Donation? The effort to hide campaign donations may be more deceptive than previously known. https://www.thedailybeast...n?ref=home
When federal prosecutors indicted Rudy Giuliani pal Igor Fruman for campaign finance violations last week, among their allegations was that Fruman concealed at least some of his contributions by misspelling his last name: FURman instead of FRUman. The deception, however, may have gone even deeper than that. Federal Election Commission filings disclosing a huge contribution Fruman made to a Republican joint fundraising committee last year don’t just misspell his last name; they falsely list him as an actual Los Angeles-based doctor named Igor Furman.

Giuliani is going to jail
Exclusive: Giuliani pushed Trump administration to grant a visa to a Ukrainian official promising dirt on Democrats
https://www.cnn.com/2019/...index.html Washington (CNN)Career diplomat George Kent told congressional investigators in his closed-door testimony this week that Rudy Giuliani asked the State Department and the White House to grant a visa to the former Ukrainian official who Joe Biden had pushed to have removed when he was vice president, according to four people familiar with Kent's testimony. Kent, the deputy assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian affairs, testified that around January 2019 Giuliani requested a visa for former Ukrainian prosecutor-general Viktor Shokin to travel to the United States. Shokin had been pushed out of his position as Ukraine's top prosecutor in 2016 after pressure from Western leaders, including Biden, over concerns that he was not pursuing corruption cases.

More photos of Giuliani and his "associate" Parnas with members of the Trump family, his sons, and even one with Ivana. A lot of photos with someone Trump says he doesn't know who he is.

So how are these two associates of Giuliani able donate millions of dollars to GOP politicians when debt collectors are chasing them around?
Well, a good guess is that it's coming from a Dmytro Firtash, a Russian organized crime associate that that Giuliani has been busy advocating. . Its it FUNNY how so many Trump cronies have been arrested in this Russian nothing burger? Isn't it FUNNY how everything keeps going back to Russian influence. Heck even the NRA was dipping in on this money. And the right wingers want you to look at those "Commies" in China but want you to ignore the Russian ones they are in cahoots with.

One of the two Soviet-born businessmen who helped Rudy Giuliani dig dirt on Joe Biden also works for the legal team of a Ukrainian oligarch who faces bribery charges in the US and is fighting extradition, according to lawyers for the businessmen and the oligarch. Lev Parnas — one of the two Giuliani associates who were busted this week on federal campaign finance charges — served as a translator for lawyers repping oligarch Dmytro Firtash, Reuters reported. Parnas was arrested along with Igor Fruman on unrelated charges that included illegally funneling $325,000 to a super PAC backing pro-Trump candidates. Both men had worked in an unspecified capacity for Firtash before Parnas joined the Ukrainian’s legal team, sources told Reuters.

Giuliani is increasingly becoming a persona non grata
https://www.thedailybeast...bility-nyt The Justice Department on Sunday offered an unusual statement that essentially distances the attorney general’s office from Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s personal attorney, The New York Times reports. Peter Carr, a DOJ spokesman, said Brian Benczkowski, head of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, and other officials, would not have met with Giuliani had they known his associates—Ukrainian businessmen Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman—were under investigation by officials in New York. “When Mr. Benczkowski and fraud section lawyers met with Mr. Giuliani, they were not aware of any investigation of Mr. Giuliani’s associates in the Southern District of New York and would not have met with him had they known,” Carr said. The statement appears to be a signal from the DOJ that they will no longer cooperate with Giuliani, and undercuts the narrative that the former mayor of New York is influential in Washington.

Executive Privilege? For these two? Bonkers . Indicted Giuliani Henchman Lev Parnas Raises Executive Privilege in Federal Court https://www.thedailybeast...e?ref=home Lev Parnas, a Soviet-born business associate with ties to Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s personal lawyer, raised the issue of executive privilege during a court proceeding Wednesday, arguing it could apply to some of the evidence in his campaign-finance case in New York. The issue was raised during an arraignment for Parnas and Igor Furman, who pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to charges in a four-count indictment that accused them of funneling money through straw donors into U.S. elections in an effort to gain influence. Prosecutors also allege the pair petitioned U.S. politicians, including a congressman, to have the ambassador to Ukraine removed from her post

https://www.politico.com/...ani-056026 Democrats eyeing Ukraine oligarch in probe of Giuliani associates' campaign contributions![]() Congressional Democrats are looking into whether a Ukraine natural gas oligarch with ties to organized crime provided funding to two associates of Rudy Giuliani who are now charged with making illegal campaign contributions to President Donald Trump and GOP lawmakers, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) said Wednesday. Dmytro Firtash, a wealthy Ukrainian accused of skimming money from the country’s state-owned natural gas company and who is fighting extradition to stand trial in the United States over bribery charges, is coming under increasing scrutiny as a possible source of the money that Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, two Americans from Eastern Europe, are charged with illegally funneling to the Trump campaign and GOP lawmakers. Parnas and Fruman were indicted earlier this month, and they entered not guilty pleas in court on Wednesday.

Is Rudy Giuliani going to jail? The former mayor faces legal risks for not registering as a foreign agent, but the law has been notoriously hard to enforce. https://www.politico.com/...ail-056570
.... ...however, many legal experts say Giuliani needn’t be quaking in his boots — at least on that score. While the Justice Department has embarked on an effort to crack down on violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, two recent high-profile attempts by prosecutors to advance that drive met with failure.

He’s always been a nutcase obsessed with having power and control. He was a horrible mayor for NYC, and never hid his prejudice towards the Black community. When he was no longer in the limelight, he desperately threw himself back in the public light, and now he’s getting what he deserves. I’d say for many New Yorkers, Giuliani’s chickens 🐔 are finally coming home to roost, and I’m enjoying watching it happen. ![]() ![]()
