Lol, yeah right. You’re just nuts. And how old are you anyway? I notice you have a difficult time telling when someone is being sarcastic like my “nothingburger” comment up above and others. You know that’s a sign of early dementia... [Edited 12/6/18 19:35pm]

Sorry to enter the fray but Poppy's is right, you did say that you were in the military and stationed in Germany, because I even asked you how did you spend so much time on the org, being in the military and the time difference between Germany and here.

On multiple threads poppy has insinuated weird shit and i asked wth he/she was talking about. So I started just ignoring it.

That's only a valid question when asked of Democrats. It doesnt apply to right wingers.

Yep. She has her poker face on so as not to whip the right-wingers into a frenzy...just yet.

There were calls for her to begin impeachment proceedings for W, and she said she wasn’t going to do it then either. She wanted a bulletproof case to do so.

So.. isn’t it funny that all those chanting for Hillary to be locked up, are all being locked up. Cohen 3 years, and Flynn had to squeal like a little bitch to get out of prison.

Trump will jail them all soon enough.

And throw away the key. The guy at the Enquirer is working out a deal with authorities, and admitted that he intentionally held the model’s story so it would not hurt trump in the election. So that’s another strike against trump.

Incoming New York attorney general plans wide-ranging investigations of Trump and family

Dec. 12, 2018 / 4:30 AM ET
By Allan Smith

New York Attorney Gen.-elect Letitia James says she plans to launch sweeping investigations into President Donald Trump, his family and "anyone" in his circle who may have violated the law once she settles into her new job next month.

"We will use every area of the law to investigate President Trump and his business transactions and that of his family as well," James, a Democrat, told NBC News in her first extensive interview since she was elected last month.

Fox News’ Judge Napolitano: We Now Know Trump ‘Committed a Felony’

There is a nice little video of Napolitano explaining it all.

https://www.thedailybeast...y?ref=home

If you were watching Fox News when the Michael Cohen sentence came down, you would be pretty sure this was bad news for Donald Trump’s former fixer. Less clear was what it meant for the president himself.

For clarity on that, you would have had to wait a couple of hours until anchor Shepard Smith invited the reliably frank Judge Andrew Napolitano on his afternoon news hour to explain just how bad the day’s news was for Trump.

Haven't read the article, but Cohen said he committed the crime at Trump's direction. If you order someone to commit a crime, then you are even more guilty of that crime than the one that committed for you. From what I understand, they usually give harsher penalties to someone who ordered the crime to be committed than to the patsy.

I think Trumps defense is that he never directed Cohen to break law, but ‘advice of counsel’, that Cohen as a lawyer should know the law.

This is the same defense trump uses to defend how his father funneled money to Trump. That even if ilegal, it was done through lawyers advice.

What an epic fail. Just think, if DT had not been so narcissistic and power hungry - he could have NOT run for office and just continued on with his sleazy affairs and "misdeeds" per usual and no on would ever know what a criminal he reallly is.

disbelief

He really deserves to be locked up. nod
